Asha Morales is Vice President of Drumming Up Business Franchising. As a dynamic franchise professional, Asha has over 10 years of experience in the consulting, development, and marketing realms of the franchise industry. She strives to find meaningful projects to develop that help to inspire and assist others, and one of her greatest passions is teaching yoga in the Central Florida Area.
As a franchise consultant, her aim is to facilitate clients in discovering the ideal franchise brand that will enable them to create freedom in their careers through small business ownership.
Asha has developed existing franchises, as well as businesses that are launching their franchise. She is passionate about creating a strategic marketing plan that helps shape the face of the brand.
Her background encompasses a broad range of film and video productions. She produced multimedia marketing campaigns and corporate training videos for clients such as Subway, Duke Hospital, Rollins College, Major League Baseball Association and Publix. Asha has also worked with Oscar Nominated Documentarians on several short films and documentaries. The experience she obtained from the corporate marketing and branding world helps her in selecting the best franchise for clients.
In 2009, as Franchise Development Manager, Asha teamed up with Bob in developing several franchise companies in the U.S., and global markets. In 2011, she collaborated with Bob to develop Drumming Up Business.
From 2014-15, Asha worked as Director of Programs for Kids Beating Cancer, a local non-profit in the Orlando area. The time spent working with KBC helped spark an interest in the nonprofit world which helped plant the seed for Beating The Odds.
She is also a yoga teacher and implements this in the moment approach off the mat and into the business world with Drumming Up Business Franchising.
